Welcome to STAT Library - an online database holding decentralised, borrowable bookshelves.

Alongside each item are the contact details and borrowing options selected by the owner. In contacting them you can arrange to pick-up or have the item posted.

Unlike other centralised public libraries this system should host newer, independent and more radical literature. And depending on location, either free borrowing or return postage - the vast majority of the time being cheaper than buying the publication new.
